Product Description
LK LAB store is an innovative mobile robotic warehouse for slab shape products. It is based on a new and patented productive process. The main advantages are to reduce the warehouse space and simplify the installation in existing buildings with a new way of slabs storage, no more horizontal but vertical. One module measures 6 meters in width, 4 in length and 6 in height. All of them can contain from 4 to 8 product codes based on the size. The modularity of the solution allows to add more modules to reach the storage’s effective needs. The system can also be combined with robotic stations for the preparation of the orders directly connected to the warehouse or in a stand-alone configuration. All the solutions are interconnected with factory and logistic IT systems. Storage example of one LK LAB store module with 1600x3200x6mm slab size: Width of the module:5800mm; Length of the module:3800mm; Height of the module:5900mm; Slabs for n.1 module:5222smq; Slabs for 1sqm of warehouse:234sqm.
