Ceramic Roller 

HJMT China provides various types of ceramic rollers suitable for different zones in the kiln. Each type of roller has its own characteristics to ensure stable operation and extend its service life. HJR-1002H and HJR-1003S ceramic rollers are typically suitable for firing zone, their excellent thermal shock performance and heat resistance have been recognized by many customers. HJR-111C compound roller, a special mixture of alumina and silicon carbide, it is specifically designed for high performance use in severe conditions in rapid cooling zone. With its exceptional thermal conductivity, this roller is engineered to prevent deformation and ensure the preservation of tile quality during this rigorous working conditions. 

Si-SiC Products

Alumina Ball 

HJMT China supplies different grade alumina grinding balls, 68% alumina balls, 75% alumina balls, 92% alumina balls and dry grinding alumina balls. Ceramic Wear-resistant Plate

Ceramic Wear-resistant Pipe 

Lined wear-resistant pipe is composed by steel pipe and alumina ceramic sleeve. Steel pipe has stainless steel SS304 and regular 235B grade. Ceramic sleeve can be pasted mosaic, plate or ceramic tube. Lined wear-resistant pipe has excellent wear resistance and can effectively resist various wear factors such as particle scouring, corrosion and friction in harsh working environments such as high-speed fluid transportation and particle material transportation, which ensure they are widely used in power station, steel plant, coal washing plant, chemicals and cement industries.
