Product Description
ALADDIN Ceramic Fiber Blankets are spread ones with continuous falling cotton, which have higher tensile strength and flat surfance after double-sided needing process. There is no organic binder. It owns excellent resistance to chemical erosion (except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and strong base, such as Na2O, K2O)
ALADDIN Ceramic Fiber Board series products are hardboard products made of ceramic fiber、organic binder and inorganic binder by vacuum forming, drying and finishing. It is widely used for fire resistance and heat insulation of various kiln interior and exterior walls, as well as heat insulation of high temperature airflow scouring parts.
Aladdin shaped products are insulating products made of refractory ceramic fibers by vacuum molding. This process allows the production of a variety of configurations, tailored to the particular to the application and ranging from simple sections to complex shapes. Composition are available for service temperature from 900℃ to 1500℃. Shapes can also be produced in a strong composition which gives higher strength and density.
