We are pleased to welcome international trade professionals to ASEAN Ceramics & ASEAN Stone 2025, taking place in Bangkok, Thailand. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry into the country, we strongly encourage all overseas visitors to review visa requirements well in advance of travel.
Visa Requirements Overview
Thailand grants visa exemptions or visa-on-arrival privileges to passport holders of many countries for short business or tourism visits. However, eligibility and duration of stay vary by nationality.
Visa Exemption
Citizens of select countries may enter Thailand without a visa for stays of up to 30 or 45 days, depending on nationality.
Examples include: USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Germany, France, and others.

  • 30-day stay: Standard visa exemption for most eligible countries
  • 45-day stay: Temporary extension (until further notice) for select nationalities (e.g., USA, UK, Germany)
Visa on Arrival
Visitors from certain countries may apply for a Visa on Arrival at designated checkpoints for up to 15 days of stay.
Special Cases
Applicants from countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, and others may face additional screening and stricter documentation requirements. Early application is highly recommended.

Visa Invitation Letters
For visitors who require a visa to enter Thailand, we provide official Visa Invitation Letters to support their application.
How to Request:
To obtain a Visa Invitation Letter, please:
  1. Complete your visitor or exhibitor registration for the exhibition
  2. Contact the organiser with the following documents:

    • Copy of valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from date of departure)
    • Arrival and departure flight itinerary
    • Travel insurance policy
    • Hotel booking confirmation
Visa applications typically take 3–5 working days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once approved, the visa will be stamped into your passport by the Thai embassy or consulate in your country.
