Product 1: BT Master

BT Master (Brick & Tile) is ibea’s modular system for the quality control of bricks and tiles. It recognizes for instance cracks and spallings without complicated changes of the system. The system consists of one image taking cabin and the operating panel, enabling quality checks based on optical, acoustic, density and weight measurements. The following modules can be configured: – Module I: 2D camera module for the optical inspection of the surface, geometry and color – Module II: 3D measuring module for the exact measurement of distortion and other topographical defects – Module III: Acoustic inspection for the detection of cracks – Module IV: Weight & density measurement
