Taxi
The International Exhibition Center (I.C.E.) is located about 30km away from the Noi Bai International Airport. It takes 30-40 minutes (by taxi) from the Airport to ICE Hanoi.
Taxi agents available at the airport: Mai Linh, Vinasun, Saigon Tourist (approx. 15-17USD). From the center of Ho Chi Minh City, it takes 20-30 minutes to reach I.C.E, and the costs occur to about 10-15USD.

From central Hanoi to ICE: Bus 86
The buses stop near the entrances of the Exhibition & Convention Center. Travelling by bus costs 6,000 – 18,000 VND (approx. 0.30-0.70 USD) per person and it takes about half an hour. Buses run every 15-20 minutes from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
