TWO PARTS MOULDS CASTING LINE - Automated and robotised line to produce washbasins, shower trays, tanks, columns and lids. With its compact layout is designed to have an easy and reduced maintenance. It has the possibility to tilt the press between 0 and 90° in every single phase of the cycle. It takes 5 mins to change a mould bringing it outside of the line, replacing it with a new one. COMPLEX MOULDS CASTING LINE - With a massive reduction in cycle time compared to similar solutions on the market, our casting solution for complex bowls can produce: one piece models, stick on rim and smart toilets. In a single line there are two body presses and two rim ones, they can accommodate four moulds that can all be different models. The casting process is fully automated such has the demoulding of the pieces. It can be provided with or without automatic finishing station. It can produce from 35.000 to 45.000 pieces per year based on the models.
